Shawn has decades of experience in the visual communication industry. He is a strategic storyteller and is always interested in researching, discovering, and using new and emerging technologies to help clients communicate better. But Shawn doesn’t just stop at learning new skills, he enjoys teaching and breaking down concepts in easy to understand ways to empower the people he collaborates with.

Heather FitzGerald

Operations and Education

Heather has a master’s degree in education and over 25 years of classroom experience. She is passionate about teaching and brings her expertise to help businesses increase active engagement in employee training. Heather also enjoys designing educational materials that tie Common Core State Standards to children’s literature.
